I feel as if you have far too many variables which you are measuring. For example, are you looking at the level of sugar in orange juice or is it the pH of it?
Limit yourself down to ONE variable and go from there. It'll be interesting to see how your results go.
Also, it's not that the liquid will be "disqualified", more that it will be recorded and discontinued!
